How to use your Prompts

There is no required order or pace. Begin wherever feels most accessible right now — and be slow and gentle with yourself throughout.

No pressure. No perfection. Just reflection.

What's Inside - 10 Pages

Four focused sections, each designed to take you deeper at your own pace:

💙 Suppressed Feelings & Emotions

Gently name what's been unspoken. Explore how you've learned to carry sadness in silence — and what it might mean to finally set some of it down.

💙 Self-Worth & Identity

Examine how low moods can distort self-perception. Reconnect with your value beyond productivity, performance, or how much you've been able to show up lately.

💙 Shadow Work & What's Underneath

Explore the deeper beliefs and buried wounds living beneath your low moods. This section goes gently — but it goes deep.

💙 Hope, Light & Rebuilding Motivation

Cultivate small moments of light. Find what pulls you forward. Write a vision for your healing — however small or tentative that looks right now.

Also included: a compassionate "Dear Friend" introduction from Cali, gentle reminders throughout, and thoughtful closing words.

Sample prompts:

• "What are you afraid you'll find beneath the sadness?"

• "What tiny act of care or connection has pulled you forward in the past?"

• "How has your mood distorted your view of yourself?"

A gentle reminder

These prompts are a supportive tool for personal reflection, self-awareness, and growth. They are not a substitute for professional mental health support, therapy, or medical care.

Each prompt is an invitation, not a requirement. Engage with what feels supportive, skip what doesn't, and move at your own pace. Your well-being always comes first.

If you are experiencing severe or ongoing distress, please reach out to a qualified professional.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of self-harm, please reach out for support. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is available 24/7 — call or text 988.

• Choose one prompt at a time — no required order

• Write as much or as little as feels supportive

• Skip anything that feels too heavy right now — return to it when you're ready

• You are allowed to move slowly
