Thank you for your purchase from Design to Function. Please read our Refund Policy below.

Digital Downloads — All Sales Final

Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on any digital products, including:

• journals

• templates

• guides

• printables

• eBooks

• worksheets

Once a file has been purchased or accessed, it is considered delivered.

Accidental Purchases

We cannot provide refunds for accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, or a misunderstanding of the product’s use.

Please be sure to read product descriptions carefully before buying.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems downloading a file, we are happy to help.

Incorrect File or Broken Link

If a file is corrupted or a link is incorrect, we will:

• resend the correct file

• update the download link

This does not qualify for a refund but will be corrected quickly.

Unauthorized Sharing

We reserve the right to revoke access to digital products if unauthorized sharing or redistribution is detected.

No refunds will be issued in these cases.
