There is no required order or pace. These prompts are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Sometimes the kindest thing you can do for anxiety is stop fighting it and start listening.

The prompts gently explore four dimensions of anxiety:

• Acceptance and compassion — relating to anxiety differently
